Hi, this is Alex from Yummy Kitchen. I'm currently looking for someone that has foreign experience of grilling meat, burger patties, and deep frying. Here's the job description.

Responsibilities:
- Help setting up and taking down the food booth at the festival.
- Season and cook burger patties and rice on a commercial grill.
- Use a deep fryer to fry burger patties and fries.
- Reduce any waste from the food booth.
- Make sure the food booth is clean and also keep the food fresh and up to standard. Eliminate any potential hazards.
- Follow the food safety standards and properly store the food or ingredients.
- Ready for any duty at any time due to understaff.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
- Has prior experience working at a restaurant. (asset, not required)
- Must be quick and efficient to perform tasks on time.
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in food handling and preparation.
- Attention to detail to ensure high food quality.
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and get along well with others.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

6 hour shift
8 hour shift
10 hour shift
12 hour shift


Licenses/ Certification:
Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler, or equivalent (preferred)
