場所 Dufferin駅周辺
家賃 500cad (全て込み) Netflix 込み！
※お家の一階部分を丸ごと(リビング、寝室、バスルーム)お使い頂けます！(シェアは玄関のみ)
家具、テレビ、洗濯機、生活に必要なものが揃っています。
•猫のお世話をお願いする事になるのですが
基本的に餌やり、毎日遊んで頂くこと、外が大好きなのでお庭に1日何回か出して頂く事です。
トイレもお外で済ますので殆ど掃除は必要ありません。
•また雪の日の雪かき、簡単なお家の管理(ゴミ箱の管理、停電対応など)
困った事があれば上に住む日本人ルームメイト達がお手伝いできるので心配は入りません。
※できれば長い時間お家を空ける方が少ない方、緊急事態に対応できる方などを希望しています

Our kitty Cheetah needs a new friend who will take care of her and our house located midtown Toronto for 4-4.5 months (from November till the end of February or mid March if possible). The right candidate must be Japanese and a female who loves cats.
The person will be living at the first floor of the house, and the rent is only $500 per month with all the utilities, internet and Netflix included. We have a comfy house close to the Dufferin subway station. House mates are Japanese, all the other street neighbours are very nice.
Our space includes a bedroom mixed with a living room, separate kitchen and a washroom with a bath. A TV, Washing machine and dryer are available. The neighbourhood has one small mall nearby and also Dufferin shopping mall only 10 mins by bus. The street next to ours is a new hotspot for events and some interesting galleries and restaurants.
Cheetah is a very sweet kitty ( domestic mixed with a bengal), and she is very used to having humans around her. She needs to play daily and she loves it more than cuddling. Most importantly, she goes out several times a day outside in the backyard, and she is connected on a leash attached to a rope to stay outside. she is trained for it but she needs some supervision and support when she is out ( especially in the winter). It’s not hard. If weather is good she prefers to spend most time outside, but she just needs to be watched to not get tangled or to see if she is protected from weather or wants to go in. Also that’s why cleaning her litter box usually is not really necessary, unless it’s really cold or bad weather, so that’s easy :)
Cheetah is not difficult to handle but she needs the right approach as all kitties with a bit of a wild side. We prefer someone who can spend time at home, meaning if you work very long hours or won’t stay home for a long time, it’s is not a good match.
As for taking care of the house, it’s more about watching for electrical power outages, taking out garbage containers for collection once a week, cleaning snow on sidewalk and stairs and spreading salt there too necessary. Last winter wasn’t snowy so hopefully it won’t be a big deal. Other housemates will help with everything too. You must be able to handle emergencies. We will teach the right person everything one needs to know to care for the cat and the house.
