Hello there!
We are looking for roommates to share a lovely apartment on the second floor of a house.
This renovated apartment is located in a lively neighborhood and the rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, lamps, closet, etc. We share the bathroom and kitchen and you can use our kitchen appliances. There is free laundry in the basement.
It is very close (two minute-walk) to Pape subway station and there are plenty of amenities (banks, supermarket, a dollarama, pharmacy, bars, restos) close by.
We are clean, responsible, very friendly, helpful and peaceful. We prefer considerate, responsible and clean people, to help us keep a neat and warm space. We are looking to share for either short or long-term.
The cost is 520.00 per month (plus Hydro and Internet bills, around 28 dollars, depending on the bill) and half a month rent deposit. Males preferred.
