Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome guests and ensure they are attended to promptly.
Serve food and beverages while making knowledgeable recommendations.
Assist guests with questions and special requests by sharing your menu knowledge.
Prepare and package take-out orders efficiently.
Accurately place orders and process transactions using the Clover POS system in a timely manner.
Conduct regular check-ins with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
Able to complete general duties without supervision, such as restocking drinks, sweeping or mopping.
Requirements:
No server experience is required, but prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus but not required
A valid “Serving It Right” certification
Exceptional conversational skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
