[Moving-in period] We currently have one lovely room available to share a bathroom with another female, and we are looking for women to move in from July 25th. [Rent]

[Location]
Located 5 minutes walk from Lansdowne Station, bus stop is near to the house.
[Room]
・Bed (pillow, sheets and blanket)
・Study desk, chair, light, closet
・The washing machine is located in the basement (3 CAD for laundry, 2 CAD for drying)
[Payment method]
First and last month deposits will be required when you move in. From then on, please pay by cash or etransfer on the day you move in (or by the 1st of each month if you move in on the 1st).
[Others]
The location is very good as there are Food Basic, Dollarama, closed to Rexall, Shoppers Drug Mart and other amenities. Priority will be given to those who wish to stay for a long time. It is suitable for students, working holiday visa or young professionals
