Responsibilities:- Help loading, setting up and taking down the food booth at the festival.
- hold line up signs and direct guests to waiting line or their specific destination.
- address guests' inquiries and answer all their questions.
- introduce food items on the menu and make recommendation to guests.
- Capture sales by communicating with guests.
- Cover positions when someone's on break or when it's busy.
- Reduce any waste from the food booth.
- Ready for any duty at any time due to understaff.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Japanese
- Able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
- Must be quick and efficient to perform tasks on time.
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Good communication skills and get along well with others.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job type: Casual
Please note: This is a casual job and we are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule: this includes weekdays and weekends.
