Hello!
Currently, we are running our first location in downtown Fredericton, and we’ve opened a second location just a 10-minute drive away. Both locations are busy and operating well.
We are continuing to expand, and we are now preparing to open a third location(Ramen!) as well as make major renovations to our existing stores. Since a few of our staff members are planning to relocate to another province after obtaining their permanent residency within the next 1-2 months, we are looking to recruit new team members.
Since opening, not a single staff member has had any issues obtaining their permanent residency, and most of our current staff are also in the process of obtaining theirs. Some staff members continue to work with us even after getting their permanent residency, and we are committed to fostering a healthy and positive organizational culture.
We are looking for individuals who:
1. Have at least 6 months of experience in the food and beverage industry.
2. Value learning opportunities (we genuinely provide training from A to Z!).
3. Prioritize teamwork over individual skills.
4. Are able to get along well and harmonize with other staff members.
5. Have clear goals post-permanent residency (e.g., education, employment).
6. Are not overly critical of others.
7. Consistently strive for self-improvement (when each individual thrives, the whole organization thrives!).
