Nice, quiet, bright room on the second floor of house 5 min walk from Eglinton subway station, recommended to students or working holiday visitors. The room has a TV, window, closet, a chest of three large drawers, full-length mirror, bed (with linen), desk and chair, trash cans, lamps. Canadian owner-friendly, so it’s good for practicing English. Rent includes room plus all utilities, laundry and high-speed unlimited wireless internet. Share bathroom, second washroom (powder room) and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals fast. Walking distance to many language schools like Hansa, King George College and others, close to library. Staples and Farm Boy supermarket are next door, nearby is a shopping mall with Metro supermarket (open 24 h) and LCBO. Loblaw’s and Sobeys’s are also nearby as well as small very convenient grocery shops. Number of different shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and dancing places plus movie theaters and all other amenities are available close by as well. Pick up from and/or drop off to the airport or bus station may be arranged for a nominal additional fee or for free. In the summer you can barbecue outside. You can have friends visit if you wish and there are no restrictions on your daily regime.
