Looking for a roommate who is in our age range (19-25) . ・December 1st 〜 *flexible. We are looking to extend their lease for 1 year in May, but flexible on move in date.

(2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living area, 1 dining area)
・1 minute walk to bus stop (No. 4), 5 minutes walk to other bus stops (No. 24, 25, 6)
・5 minutes walk to supermarket, restaurant, cafe, convenience store
・10 minutes by bus, 30 minutes walk to downtown

(Bed, desk, chair, hanger rack, oscillating tower fan)※But thy can be removed if you want

As I am leaving, the room I am currently using will be vacant, so I am looking for someone to live in.
It is a compact but clean and calm house with convenient access.
You will be sharing with a Canadian (22) and Filipino (27) couple. They are nice and friendly, and they have understanding. Their friends sometimes come over, so it's also recommended for people who want to expand your network and use a lot of English.
