Ossington&Dundas new opening bar “Kensei” is hiring new opening member From Mid November ジャズ喫茶店 inspired Record bar is looking for kitchen and bartender.
Basically we will aim to Japanese twist Cocktails, Whisky, small bar food, and Jazz record.
Kitchen: starting 18+/h (based on the experience)
Requirement:
- 2 yrs+ commercial kitchen experience
(high-end, omakase, italian, french, or any commercial restaurant)
- Valid longer than 2025/July (or PR is asset)
- Fluent English / Able to read english recipe / communicate in Enlgish with native co-workers.
- basic Knife skills
Bartender: 17.2$/h
Requrement:
-2 yrs + commercial bar industry
- Able to make basic cocktails (ex, old-fashioned, daiquiry, margarita, side car, …)
- Knowledge of cocktails skills (shaking, stir, pouring…)
- Able to read english recipe
- Valid visa longer than 2025/ July or (PR)
