Looking for a conivent location close to downtown Toronto? We got you!!! We are located at the intersection of Jones and queen- Address: 88 Jones Ave
-The first floor big room only two people share bathroom from December 1
-The second floor room with private bathroom
-Another basement room with two people share bathroom and kitchen from December 1
-Room will be fully furnished! (Bed, closet, table, chair)
-2min walk from Jones library
-10min walk Gerrard Square shopping mall
-15min streetcar from Eaton Center!
-Nearby Grocery stores includes(NoFrills, Food Basic, Walmart, Loblows, Farm Boys, Freshco)
-Many parks and community centre nearby
-Banks nearby includes (RBC,BMO, TD, Scotiabank,etc)
-transportation is very accessible (83 Bus that takes you directly to Donland Station, 501,506,504,503 streetcar that takes you directly downtown Toronto)
-Rent includes (WiFi, all utilities EXCEPT Laundry)
-NOTE: We have a coin laundry in the house
