-Seeking female room-mate who is employed or a student (or both), to occupy a very, very large furnished basement bedroom with its own private entrance-living with Father and daughter and cute, polite cat
-no parties or loud noise after 11pm
-washer & dryer in basement & dishwasher in large shared kitchen
-fully equipped kitchen with fridge and gas stove and every mixer and appliance needed
-large backyard with many chairs
-The bedroom ceilings are 1.93 m - so it will not suit someone taller than 1.78 m.
-The bedroom is big enough to have space for a bed area, a couch area and a dining area (6.85 m x 4.3 m) - 317 sq ft. - Very large!
-Shared bathroom with bathtub.
-The room will be sanitized before arrival
-The daughter is fluent in Japanese and loves anime, J-pop and Ado, and the father knows basic Japanese.
-hydro and internet included.
-bike parking available in garage
-24hr TTC access to college street car, 4mins on foot
-10mins to TTC Christie station, 3mins to Harbord bus
-Korean town to get Japanese food, shoppers and library nearby.
-No smoking, vaping
-This is for one person only.
-$1000 - no extra fees.
