As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Manager to oversee kitchen operations and ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about food preparation and looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Food Preparation and Quality Control:
• Supervise and participate in the preparation of fresh foods following company recipes and food safety standards.
• Ensure consistent portioning, packaging, and presentation of products.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain the freshness, quality, and safety of all food items.

Kitchen Operations Management:
• Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Manage kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, complying with all health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead, motivate, and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Work closely with store management to ensure alignment of kitchen operations with sales and promotions.
• Monitor and address kitchen productivity, ensuring timely preparation and replenishment of products.

Job Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen management is required.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler’s Certification is an asset

Language and Communication:
• Strong communication skills in English

Availability:
• Must be flexible with early morning scheduling Monday - Friday.
