Beautiful, clean, fully furnished 1 bedroom for rent in a 3-bedroom basement. 1 shared bathroom between two other tenants. Approx 1300 square feet.
*Fully furnished! Bed with mattress, work desk, storage drawers, desk lamps, window coverings, closet shelves.
*Secure high speed internet included!
*Utilities included!
*Landlord lives upstairs (we're very quiet)
*Cozy, well maintained and comfortable home.
*Safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors.
*2-5 minute walk to a bus stop that will go to Brentwood Skytrain, SFU, etc.
*10 minute walk to a shopping plaza (it has a Safeway, Starbucks, Royal Bank, Shoppers Drugmart, dental, bubble tea, liquor store, dollar store, doctor's office, restaurants, and more!)
*Secure locking rooms, separate entrance with keypad code entry.
*Spacious, furnished common area/living room.
*Shared kitchenette/laundry room.
*Shared kitchenette includes fridge, washer and dryer, portable table-top stove, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, hot water boiler.
