Amenities: Shared kitchen, laundry, dryer, balcony, and bathroom.
Room details: The room is furnished and includes cabinet space. You will be sharing the room with a German male roommate who has previously shared the room with bot H male and female tenants.
Household details: The house is shared with one Japanese female and one Dutch male. We are all young working professionals. We are looking for someone who: Can communicate in English. Is friendly and a morning person. Enjoys cooking and occasionally hosting friends for dinner or movie nights. Understands the demands of a 9-5 office schedule, which may require late-night work.
Move-in Date: January 6, 2025, or January 12, 2025. Short-term or long-term stays are welcome. Nearby area: 5-minute walk to the TTC streetcar and Bathurst bus stop.
