補足
Christie pits area, near Dupont and Christie streets. Very good, safe and quiet area with plenty of shopping, parks and everything you need. Studio lower level apartment with a separate entrance and your own keys. Short term is ok.
Includes bed with bedding, chairs, table, couch, shelves. Lots of storage space.
An air conditioner is included.
Towel warmer in the washroom.
Kitchen with fridge, microwave, cook top and oven, pots, pans, plates, utensils, kettle and rice cooker.
The kitchen and the bathroom are not shared, for this apartment only.
The apartment is very clean, new, just after a renovation.
Coin laundry is available in the building.
Bbq area outdoors is available
Wi Fi (fast and unlimited) and all utilities are included, no additional charges.
$ 1100 per month.
Available now or anytime in January or February 1st.
Short walk to subway or Korea town
