General Responsibilities: • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies
• Grating customers and taking orders for cakes, pastries and other sweets.
• Regularly or daily maintaining front equipment, utensils and store area tidy and clean.
Background
Ideal candidates must have experience in café, coffee shop, bakery, or other similar work environment.
Detail Responsibilities:
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee
drinks, such as, espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment;
maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns;
• maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
従業員が少なく、コミュニケーションをすぐ取れる、みんなでお互いをサポートしながら仕事ができる場所です。
新しいメニュー作りはみんなで話し合って試行錯誤しながら作る、英語に自信がなくても、みんなしっかりと理解しようとしてくれるので安心して働ける環境です。
