補足
新築物件で、大型テレビ・ベッド・ドレッサー・クローゼット・ダイニングテーブル・ソファーなどの基本的な家具付きです。キッチンには、電子レンジ・コンロ・オーブン・炊飯器・鍋やフライパン・食器・ナイフやフォークなど、必要なものは何でも揃っています。
新築という事で、とても綺麗な内装で室内も暖かいので冬でも安心です。
完全プライベートで、とても静かな立地になっています。
部屋はベースメントですが、天井が8フィート（2.5メートル）と高い為、ベースメントにいる事を感じさせない作りになっています。
場所は、Coxwell x Gerrard です。
ストリートカーを使えば、Queen駅・College駅・Main St駅へのアクセスが簡単です。
また、地下鉄では、Greenwood駅・Coxwell駅が最寄りの駅になります。
イートンセンターまでは20〜25分ほど、Yonge x Bloorまでも30分ほどでアクセス可能です。
ビーチやスーパーマーケットは徒歩圏内にあります。
キッチンやトイレはとても綺麗で、ホテルの様です。
洗濯機と乾燥機も備わっています。
家賃の中には、無線インターネット・ケーブルテレビ・光熱費などが含まれます。
トロントで一番綺麗で素敵なアパートメントです。
月々の契約をしますが、最低2ヶ月は住んで頂く必要があります。
退去の際は、1ヶ月前までにご連絡下さい。

非喫煙者のみ
House is brand new and has TV, bed, dresser, dining table, sofa, microwave, plates,dishes, cutlery and much more. It is VERY clean, warm, private and quiet. The apartment is in the basement but the height is 8' or 2.5 meters so it feels like a main floor.
The location is at Coxwell and Gerrard. You can access the house by taking a bus from either Queen, College, Greenwood, Coxwell, or Main St. subway. From the house the Eaton Centre is 20-25 min, and Yonge & Bloor under 30 minutes. You can walk to the beach, and to the supermarket.
Kitchen and washroom are super clean and it looks like a hotel. Laundry is also available. Rent includes internet, cable TV and utilities. It's the nicest, cleanest apartment you will see in Toronto.
The contract is month to month, the minimum stay is 2 months, and 1 month notice is required before leaving.
