Ontario Spring Water Sake Company is seeking a part-time tour guide to work from Friday to Sunday, with occasional availability on weekdays, to provide guided tasting tours at our brewery in the Distillery District. Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information about our brewery, its history, and our products.
- Respond to customer questions and requests promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling.
- Professionally represent our brand.
- Assist customers in making purchases.
Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced English skills in speaking and listening.
- A valid work permit.
- Smart Serve certification.
- An interest in sake.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with your schedule.
- General computer knowledge and skills.
Work Environment:
You will work in a retail store as well as at the tasting bar at the brewery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a tour guide and knowledge of sake and Japanese cuisines are advantageous, but not required. We will provide all necessary training.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Starting at $17.20 per hour
Expected Hours: 10 – 20 hours per week

Schedule:
- Friday to Sunday
- Occasionally on weekdays
