Connect Experience !

I studied and volunteered at Connect. The term in total was for 1 year. As I remember the time at the beginning of Connect, it was so hard to me because I couldn't understand what teachers and students were talking about in classes. I felt it was better off to give up on learning English many times. It wasn't enjoyable at all but few months later and after I took many different kind of classes, I was changed my mind by the attitude which the teachers have. They were enthusiastic about teaching English and patient toward their students.
Especially ACP class was one of the best classes that I've ever had because the topics were about climate change, urban city planning, and the creation of TV program etc. At the time it was challenging for me because I knew my English skill was not good enough for taking it but I pushed myself into the corner deliberately.
To be honest, that was my turning point in Connect life. I could start having interests in so much stuff in Canada and world. It made my eyes open. I've learned the way of presenting, collecting information from English articles, in addition to that, I could know well about Canada and realize the great value of Canada through the class. What I got at Connect wasn't English but also the growth as a person. I'll never forget what I gained at Connect, people from all over the world who I met here, and precious time which I hang out with them. Those are my treasure and I believe that I will apply the experiences that I have in the near future. Absolutely I'll keep on studying English to maintain my English skill in Japan and then I'll come back to Toronto again someday. Thank you all for encouraging me, supporting me, and spending time with me.
If you want to learn English somewhere, I highly recommend you Connect language school because it's completely different from other schools. They always use electric devices in every class instead of textbooks and the students have to create projects in each class used with some apps but you can learn English in a funny and fun way. Moreover you can see the process of how your English improves whenever you want. From my stand point, it's the best way to study English. And also Connect language school isn't that big school so you can make friends from all over the world easier than others. Those are my recommended points.
